Documents go to a private area only our team can open. Families never see them.

We check every certificate by hand before it counts. Once we've seen it, families see a "First Aid Certified" or "Childcare Certified" tick on your profile. Never the document itself.

Getting to bookings

This is only about how you travel to a sit. We're not asking you to drive children anywhere, and families can't ask for that through The Village Co.

The work you want

Babysitting is by the night. Nannying is an ongoing role with a family. We make the introduction and PayTheNanny handle the contract and pay.
